What are some other ways to respond to someone saying "thank you" besides "de rien" or "vous êtes bienvenue"?

“Vous etes bienvenue” is a literal translation of the English “You’re welcome”. I have never heard it used in France.

“Avec plaisir.”

“De rien” is a translation of the Spanish de nada.

Why have cell phones, the internet, and reality TV turned the world into a toilet, as this has not advanced us in any way?
